Overview
IGA South Yarra Express + Liquor is a departmental store catering to the needs of the general public. The store sells all kinds of fruits, groceries, dairy, alcohol, and tobacco.
Recently, due to the COVID-19 crisis, the store was compelled to go towards an online eCommerce model to reach a wider audience and help the community as a whole.
Being a new eCommerce website, Mettlesoft Technologies was contracted to perform maintenance and ensure the smooth running of the website
Our Approach
- Ensure all the products uploaded to the website have good pictures and descriptions.
- Maintain the integrity of the ordering system of the website.
- Responsible for managing the plugins already installed on the website. And, install plugins as necessary.
- Perform periodic backups and restoration to ensure the smooth functioning of the website.
- General website fixes include broken link issues, image sizing issues, redirecting issues, slow page load issues due to any code errors.
- Page Speed Optimisation by caching and minifying the source code by Cloudflare.
- Checking and fixing website security vulnerabilities
